Senior Project Analyst
An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Analyst to join an Edinburgh-based financial services organisation for 6 months. Based within an expanding team, the Senior Project Analyst will support in the delivery of a strategic and long-term programme . The aim of this project is to improve the customer experience across a number of self service channels including telephony, online, mobile, email and branch. Reporting into the Programme Lead, the role will demand engagement with key stakeholders
across major UK locations so some travel may be required.
The successful candidate will lead specific workstreams in relation to delivery, reporting and escalating findings to the Programme Lead where appropriate. They will manage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks and issues and recommending solutions. They will be able to work remotely with colleagues across different UK locations whilst maintaining a flexible approach to business requirements.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in delivery a large programme and a demonstrable background of Business Operations. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential as is proficiency in the use of analysis tools and techniques and full project lifecycle experience. A background in financial services is required whilst knowledge of Corporate Banking and Self-service systems would be highly advantageous
