Senior Project Manager - European Banking Platform Migration, Tier One Bank - Director, to £120k + Banking Package
Senior Project Manager with experience of leading major Banking platform migration projects required by a Global Tier One Bank. This is a Director level role facing off to senior level stakeholders and requires a delivery focused PM looking for a hugely challenging project.
My Client is just about to undertake a major programme of work to re-platform their Banking and Payments technology across the globe. They aim to replace the legacy systems which are currently in use with the latest Technology in order to provide a better service to their Global customer base.
They require a senior level project manager who can lead major re-platforming projects which are absolutely key to the Banks strategy moving forward. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders at the highest level in both the Business and Technology and will be responsible for the end-end delivery of technology re-platforming projects on a country by country basis.
Applicants should demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Senior Level Project Manager
- Experience of managing budgets of £10+ million
- Experience of Banking or Payment Systems Re-platforming projects
- Extensive Financial Services experience, knowledge of Payments Systems preffered
- Extensive Knowledge of core banking platforms and systems
This is a high-profile role with a truly global scope, and as such you should be comfortable managing projects which are both challenging and absolutely business critical. The successful candidate will be in a position to make an impact quickly and will have the chance to interact across all levels of the Bank at the highest level.
This role is based in London with occassional Global travel when neccessary. The position sits at Director level and the salary range is between £90-£120k + Banking Bonus + Excellent Package.
