A challenging and unique opportunity exists for the successful incumbent Support Analyst to join a growing team of experienced and dedicated support staff. Experienced with Smart Order Routing and FIX technologies, you will provide first level support and be a pivotal member of the firm’s daily electronic trading operations.
The successful candidate will provide daily system and production support to the FIX engine (to broker and exchange), and solid hands on experience with FIX protocol (4.2) is required, as well as a good understanding of FIX order flows. You will also become an expert in supporting the Smart Order Routing infrastructure and manage any upgrades or enhancements to the system, including the providing of input on UAT. A good understanding of SOR and darkpool technology within Asian equity markets is also highly preferred.
You will have at least 2 to 3 years’ of market experience and be able to provide high quality support service to both internal and external clients. As the main point of contact for the crossing engine, your technical skills in UNIX, SQL, and Windows will be excellent, and you will have a good sense of service matched with effective communication skills in English. You will be enthusiastic and energetic, with the ability to learn quickly and take on challenges.
