My client are an award winning and market leading company based in the Midlands. They are urgently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager.
This individual will manage a full cross functional team involved in development and production launch of a new product, including representatives from Marketing, RD, Industrialisation, Sourcing, and other functions, so as to ensure that the product is delivered in accordance with defined time, cost (both product and program cost) and quality targets.
Expected duties will include:
- Securing the required type and level of resource to ensure the project is completed to plan
- Managing the scope content ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the project scope and any implications of a change
- Risk and issue management. Ensuring that all risks and issues are identified and where appropriate mitigated.
- Call and lead Gate reviews
- To manage cross functional and cross continent teams ensuring the most efficient use of personnel available.
- To manage outsource services as applicable to specific projects
- To communicate effectively with all the stakeholders
- Provide project leadership and guidance from project concept through to project delivery to customer and to conduct project feedback reviews at the appropriate time.
