Our client, a growing Life Insurer based in the city are going through a large scale change transition. They are currently focusing on expanding their Change and IT function and are looking for quality candidates to come on board and help drive the business forward.
The ideal candidate will have very strong delivery experience and have worked on large and small scale Change Programmes. Experience working within a Life and Pensions organisation (an understanding of pensions and annuities) is a key requirement, as they are looking for you to have an excellent commercial awareness.
The company is very delivery focused, with an open door culture. These roles are looking for someone that is willing to be 'hands on' and has the ability to be versatile with excellent stakeholder management experience.
