Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst – Datawarehouse recruitment
Synechron, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst. The selected candidate will manage a global team within our Insurance Solutions Practice.

Role:
The person will be responsible for managing a team of 1-14 people developing a Data Warehouse to support analytical requirements of a major Insurance carrier in Connecticut.
This person will be performing the following tasks and deliverables:
• Manage all deliverables, tasks and risks associated with the project
• Capture business and technical metadata
• Develop business and technical requirements documents
• Document data validation rules and ETL process dependencies
• Conduct data analysis of the existing data sources
• Develop business and technical data dictionaries
• Facilitate meetings with business and technical staff
• Conduct status meetings the steering committee and technical teams
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence background
• Strong background in Insurance business applications is a big plus.
