Our client, one of Asia's most prestigious research houses, is looking to hire an experienced property research analyst to lead coverage of Singapore developers and REITs.

Job Description

As a senior member of the equity research team based in Singapore, you will:

• Lead coverage of the Singapore developers and REITs

• Write insightful, thought provoking and differentiated research

• Market your ideas and research to a sophisticated institutional client base in Asia and Globally

• Demonstrate a proactive approach in mentoring and developing the property research team

The Successful Applicant

You will be a highly motivated and driven professional with previous experience in a real estate coverage role. Additionally, you will possess:

• Excellent working knowledge of the developers and REITs

• A proven track record building strong working relationships with institutional clients

• Sharp writing skills and the ability to provoke thought and discussion among clients
