About This Position
Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team.
Duties include all aspects of managing a portfolio of approximately 125 properties with the assistance of a part time Assistant Property Manager. The suitable candidate will also need to be experienced in EOM.
The successful applicant will require the following experience.
• Knowledge of Gee Dee
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pro-active professional who can demonstrate initiative
• Competent computer skills including word and excel
• Must have own motor vehicle and drivers license
• Must hold a REIWA Property Management Licence
Salary expectations for this role will be in the vicinity of $55k to $60k+ super depending on your previous experience and skill level.
