Senior Recruitment Consultant- Hedge Fund Manager – Oxford recruitment

The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Managing the recruitment process for every department in the company but with an emphasis on research, technology and business development.

- Researching and 'Mapping out' the systematic trading space and relevant universities/research institutions to identify talented individuals.

- Keeping abreast of the latest research through conference attendance and academic publications.

- Presenting reports to an internal recruitment committee made up of senior managers and scientists.

- Establishing long-lasting relationships with leading traders, scientists, researchers and technologists.

- Representing the company at various international research events/conferences.

- Helping to manage a specialist Preferred Supplier List.
