Senior Recruitment Specialist recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Follow up and coordinate with various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
- Suggest appropriate media for approaching the right calibre candidates.
- Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
- Generate periodic reports for recruitment staffing management for recruitment updates.
- Execute prescreening or final phone/face to face interviews for various junior mid- level posts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field in a financial institution in the GCC, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiar with laws and regulations related to employment and equal opportunities.
- Good knowledge of the local employment market and community resources.
- Excellent PC skills and fluency in English as well as Arabic.
