Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
Senior Region Product Marketing Manager leads, coordinates and manages the execution of the marketing plan for products and/or market segments in the Radiology IT market for a given region. Incumbent will be responsible for identify opportunities for growth and improvements in customer satisfaction by creating a marketing strategy that includes segmentation, targeting, messaging, pricing, and integrated marketing programs. Role collaborates with global product marketing on life cycle management strategy and market requirements documents. Provides input to the new product/solutions road map development. Radiology IT facilitates the imaging workflow of radiologists and clinicians to provide high quality patient care and diagnosis of medical conditions. GE Healthcare IT delivers market-leading products, ranging from Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS) and Radiology Information Systems) to Voice Recognition/Digital Dictation (VR/DD) and technologies for mobility, analytics, and cloud computing. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Utilizes Gold Standard marketing practices and skills to develop and execute the marketing plan for a product portfolio in assigned region. • Deliver integration marketing plans, market segmentation and positioning in order to align messaging, tactics, commercial channel tools for successful execution in the region. • Employ market research, clinical and industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis, win/loss tracking and price realization to develop a commercial strategy for a product portfolio in a given region • Create the launch plans for new products in the region with appropriate product positioning, segment/region-specific value propositions and distribution strategies • Be a key contributor to the region’s annual planning and budget process. • Collaborate with sales and global marketing to develop the regional market forecast and orders forecast for the market segment. • Understand customer’s clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought. • Prioritize customer segments and business opportunities in conjunction with global product marketing and PL leaders • Gather voice of the customer to provide regional input into global product plans • Ensure regional marketing plans and execution are aligned with global marketing plan (value proposition, positioning, marketing mix, etc.) to grow orders and share. • Generate content for demand generation and awareness activities for a product/portfolio in a given region (including trade shows, customer events, advertising, telemarketing campaigns, promotions). • Develop programs to gather regional evidence of customer success, early adopters, and clinical evidence where appropriate • Provide regional input to business cases for products/upgrades that are at concept stage, work with Global Product Marketing, Business Analysis and Global Design to develop, test and prototype new product ideas • Ensure the local commercial organizations (Sales Specialists and Account Managers) have the right tools and training to sell and manage product configurations and portfolio effectively • Develop product pricing analysis and strategy, in conjunction with the finance team. • Design, develop, and analyze marketing research, in conjunction with the Global Business Analysis team. • Conduct competitive analysis.

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree 2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field 3. Leadership skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy4. Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams5. Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence6. Excellent oral and written communications skills7. Strong analytical and process skills8. Must be willing to work from our Barrington, IL office.

Desired Characteristics
1. MBA or Master’s degree 2. Radiology or radiology IT experience.3. 10+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field4.
