Senior Regulatory Analyst recruitment
Harvey Nash’s leading investment sector client is looking for a Senior Regulatory Analyst to join their policy team within their compliance division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced risk or compliance analyst to work in a varied role with all levels of a dynamic business.
This is a rare opportunity for you to take a hands on approach on all things regulatory. You will play a part in creating, developing and maintaining the regulatory frameworks and will be responsible for analysing new legislation and providing recommendations on compliance policies.
You will be involved in various regulatory projects; Reviewing and approving financial promotion material, providing regulatory advice to other business areas and liaising with retail marketing.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• Experience of working within a regulated environment. Ideally a compliance or risk arena
• An investment or financial services background
• Financial Promotions experience is desired, but not required
• A have knowledge of interpreting legislation and turning it into layman terms
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• The ability to work independently and within a team
