Senior Regulatory Counsel recruitment
You will have at least 4 years regulatory experience in securities/corporate law in Hong Kong or Singapore in either private practice or in-house for a financial services company. You will have strong general knowledge of Asia-Pacific regional markets and regulatory environments (including China, Malaysia, Australia, Taiwan and Korea).
You will be primarily responsible for regulatory interactions, implementation and filings in Asia-Pacific. You will also provide regulatory advice on issues concerning corporate structure, products and services offered by our client. You will lead training and be comfortable speaking at external meetings and conferences.
You will have strong leadership, interpersonal and business partnering skills.
Mandarin skills are desirable.
