Senior Relationship Director
Our client, a Top Tier Bank with a truly global footprint, are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Relationship Director within their Corporate Banking Business, a position highly regarded by the business.
You will ultimately have responsibility for growing revenues across an existing portfolio of clients in the mid markets corporate space by consolidating existing relationships and looking to identify new revenue streams within these existing businesses with a turnover of £50m+. The second focus of this role will be identifying ‘new to bank’ businesses. Key to success in this second area will be identifying new businesses and opportunities through your professional network as well as through identifying market trends.
You will also have Line Management responsibility for a team of 3/4 Relationship Managers operating within the same market sector.
A significant part of this role is to liaise with the risk management team to identify and mitigate risk with the new businesses and revenue streams the bank is exposed to. In order to facilitate this, you will be supported by a Junior Corporate Relationship Manager.
Successful applicants will have a Corporate Banking background within a Relationship Management role along with experience originating new to bank business.
