Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking recruitment

This is an opportunity to join an award winning regional bank in the UAE and to be responsible for developing strategic and operational business and sales plans for corporate business in line with the banks credit policy and management guidelines so as to ensure business growth (new sales). The successful candidate will be able to achieve agreed goals and objectives to ensure that they maximise profitability for the Corporate Banking division. The main components of the role include:

Business Development - developing strategic ad operational business and sales plans aligned to Senior Management strategy / guidelines for enhancement of business profitability. Due diligence for new and exisiting credit relationships, preparation of credit reports, modelling and forecasting and assisting in marketing the bank's capabilities.

- Credit Risk Management - To monitor risk assets in line with standard bank practices and bank's policy to ensure good health of the entire credit portfolio.

- Administration Controls - To supervise the implementation of the bank's policy / procedures. To propose strategic moves to management.

- Skills experience required:

- At least 10 years experience within Corporate Banking

- 8 years + as a relationship manager / senior relationship manager, with a strong focus on corporate markets in Abu Dhabi.

- Sales / marketing / business development experience within a Corporate Banking background is essential with the ability to leverage knowledge, contacts and network to generate new business primarity in Abu Dhabi.
