Our client is an international financial services provider that ranks among the largest financial institutions in Europe. They provide global corporate and trust services, designing tailor-made solutions for their clients that face complex financial challenges.
The UK business is geared towards the corporate market with some of the most recognised brands in the world among their clients. In line with their expansion, they are looking for a senior relationship manager who will be able to offer an eclectic mix of experience.
Responsible for your own client portfolio, you will provide an array of administrative/accounting services, substance solutions, trustee and directorship services to their clients and be comfortable acting as an ambassador for the organisation where necessary in order acquire new corporate clients for the business. In addition, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of UK companies belonging to Private Equity Funds, multinational corporations, financial institutions and UHNWI.
It is likely that you will be a Chartered Secretary (ICSA) or studying towards and possess a strong academic background with a relevant degree in law, finance or similar. It is absolutely essential that you have acquired corporate trust experience. You must be fluent in English. An additional European language would be a plus but NOT a pre-requisite.
You personal characteristics will set you aside from your per group; a nimble mind with a proactive attitude will help you to succeed in this role. The compensation package is very attractive. As a guideline the base will be 50-70k depending on experience with a bonus (upto 20%) in addition to this. A generous benefits package will also be on offer to the successful candidate.
