Roles and Responsibilities:
You will provide personalised banking services to help customers to meet their personal financial goals delivered through a mix of savings, lending, investment and insurance solutions. You will work with individual customers to grow and manage their wealth based on their life-stage and financial goals in various terms.
You will also need to be customer focused to provide convenient, hassle free banking services, and wealth management solutions.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in the financial services industry managing and building customer relationships. You will need to have a sound knowledge of basic savings, lending, investment and insurance products. HKSI and HKFI qualifications for performing relevant regulated activities are required. Fluency in English, Cantonese and conversational Putonghua are also required.
