The purpose of the Relationship Manager role is to drive increased profitability by winning new to ANZ customers and increasing ANZ's share of wallet for existing cusomers.
The following are the essential skills and experiences required by the role:
- General Relationship management experience ideally doing deals between $1-10 million and an average of between $4-5 million.
- CACHE system experience
- Demonstrated ability to originate new customers
- Extensive knowledge of the entire ANZ range of products and services and ability to introduce product specialists where appropriate.
- Demonstrated people management and coaching skills.
- Excellent customer focus.
- Strong understanding of the Business Owner Agenda and ability to translate and implement into daily activities.
- Proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
