The Group is involved in a broad range of financial services in commercial finance, structured finance, alternative finance, credit insurance, bonds and guarantees. The financing facilities include factoring, loans, mezzanine financing, non-mainstream financing such as media financing, private equity investments, and providing creative capital and credit solutions to growing businesses.
We are looking for dynamic, analytical and result-oriented individuals to join us as:
SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS
Successful candidates will be part of the Business Development with the following responsibilities:-
- Marketing the Company’s full range of financial services which includes factoring, hire purchase, working capital financing, project financing, mortgage loans and special situation financing
- Active monitoring and reviewing the portfolio
- Source and call on new prospects to acquire new accounts
- Manage clients’ needs and objectives
- Conduct financial and qualitative analysis on companies
- Achieve monthly performance targets
Requirements:
- Degree in Banking Finance / Accounting / Business or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in the finance sector with exposure to corporate lending/credit
- Credit/Legal documentation knowledge is essential
- Good project management and report writing skills
- Strong acquisition skills and confidence to do well under pressure
- Team player, pro-active, aggressive and result oriented
- Those with more experience may be considered for a senior position
