Senior Reporting Analyst (KIID) recruitment
The individual will have a strong customer service and operational focus.
The success of the individual and the role will be measured against the delivery of accurate and timely KIID information to our clients' investors, via our outsourced KIID provider. Client satisfaction ratings and scores, as it relates to the provision of our KIID service will be an important component.
Global Transaction Services is a leading provider of cash management, trade, securities and fund services to financial institutions, corporate and public sector clients around the world.
In an effort to provide an end-to-end SFS service offering to our clients, Citi have partnered with a third party vendor to support the new UCITS KIID reporting requirement. The coordination and provision of fund and investor data across Fund operations, direct client management as well as managing our outsourced provider are key requirements of this newly created role.
The appointee will have a strong and detailed understanding of our operations and act as the central point for our KIID services within Funds.
Client Focus:
- Delight the Client;
- Proactively manage our clients through the provision of excellent customer service
- Act as a trusted partner and single point of contact with clients, internally and externally, for all KIID related issues and activities
- Proactively manage our outsourced service provider
- Participate in client meetings aiming for positive outcomes and impressions as it relates to Citi's KIID service
- Produce regular KIID related client MIS for provision and presentation to our clients and internal management
Process Flow:
- Manage all KIID related deliverables and initiatives, proactively identify issues and challenges and manage these directly internally, with our service provider and with our clients
- Participate in on-boarding new clients who are availing of our KIID offering
Knowledge/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' working experience fund administration
- Prior operational and client management experience
- Strong knowledge of Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency processes

- Ability to work on own initiative against tight and varied deadlines
- Detail orientated with ability to pick things up very quickly
