Senior Research and Insights Manager recruitment

Global financial organisation is looking to recruit a Senior Research and Insights Manager to lead strategic marketing and develop industry visibility

Sourcing, interpreting and analysing international marketing activity, the jobholder will assess datasets to deduce market trends and client behaviour. Ultimately focused upon client needs, the successful candidate will direct through leadership in order to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enable business performance management through customer insight that forms the basis for:  differentiation, innovation, the development of strong brand expectations and customer relationships across client segments, products, services and delivery channels.  

• Help inform marketing strategy  planning through client need-driven market research analysis; enabling fast and efficient market penetration, and development of market leading business propositions and customer experience

• Design, develop and maintain consistent processes and systems to ensure accurate and timely supply of market research to marketing business stakeholders

• Research and provide analysis to understand campaign reach and success.

• Develop and maintain relationships with market research suppliers; evaluate measure their effectiveness

• Generation of insights relating to client behaviours and usage of products to influence the thinking of key stakeholders and senior management.
