Start full time ASAP required on a temporary long-term basis.
Hays Healthcare have a unique opportunity for a Research Nurse at Band 6 level to supervise a team of Nurses and play a key role in the day to day running of clinical trials within the group.
Hays need a registered Nurse with specific hospital based/Research experience to manage the screening, vaccination and review of the volunteers entering the studies. You will participate in monitoring and record accurately trial safety data as specified in the clinical trial protocol.
Based at Charing Cross Hospital, this interesting study is looking at the effects on the health of Police Officers, from the emission of radio waves from their communication equipment.
You must have recent phlebotomy experience, doing ECG, sample collection and monitoring equipment skills, are required to support/manage a team of nurses currently working on the study. You will be required to prove your immunity to hepatitis B.
If you have worked in research before and have the skills listed above we would be particularly keen to hear from you. You should also have accurate computer skills along with good communication and people management /good team leader skills and be available to start now.
