Senior RFP Manager
The Opportunity:
• Newly created role within an hugely well respected asset manager that is going through a period of very exciting change and growth. The potential within this firm is massive as the career potential within this role
• This is an opportunity to take complete responsibility for the full RFP process and to enhance and improve all of the associated RFP processes, as well as forge excellent working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Global and European Distribution teams, Portfolio Managers, Client Services
• Depending on your experience, you may will be given responsibility for some Institutional Client Relationship management, as well as updating and owning the Consultant Databases etc..
• This asset manager has huge aspirations for growth in both profile and assets and aims to be a top 10 asset manager. Over time this role will therefore offer management opportunities for you and the chance to have influence over an ever growing business critical function
Your Experience:
• You will have a record of academic achievement and be of graduate calibre
• Relevant professional qualifications preferred (IAQ; IMC)
• You will be an experienced RFP Writer with a desire to work within a role that is not purely “business as usual” and ready to step out of your comfort zone
• This is an opportunity to take ownership of the complete function, forge strong working relationships internally, influence key stakeholders etc.
• This is without a doubt a unique opportunity. The role will very much have a project type focus and will suit candidates that do not want to work as purely a member of a large RFP team churning out RFPs. Processes within this function are not perfect, neither are the relationships with the business, but, this will be the attraction of this role for the right candidate. It will afford you the chance to completely own this function and to be very visible within the business. This is a high profile position
• As mentioned above, the role is likely to offer further responsibilities, such as some Institutional Client Relationship management, as well as relationship management with the Investment Consultant community. You must be excited about the prospects of broadening out your responsibilities
