Senior Risk Manager / Chief Risk Officer required for Leading Private Equity Infrastructure / Energy Fund recruitment
They are a highly dedicated, China-centric aircraft leasing company that offers tailor-made advisory and financing solutions for airline operators. My client is now looking for high calibre risk manager. This person will report directly to CEO and board.
The Risk Manager (Treasury and Investment)
Jobs Duties:
• Oversee the risk management functions for the holding and core business units: leasing, project investment and asset management.
• Implement effective infrastructure for risk management system
• Monitoring position, including exposures and stress testing
• Provide risk analysis on both qualitative and quantitative aspects
• Recommend improvement on risk controls and monitoring practice and procedures to reflect business and market dynamic.
• Design risk summary for communicating and presenting to senior management in a timely and effective manner.
Requirement:
• University degree in a related discipline with relevant professional qualification such as FRM highly desirable
• More than 8 years of solid relevant experience
• Well versed in ongoing legal and regulatory environment changes that impacts the business
• Strong product knowledge in derivatives structural products
• Experience in overseeing risk management on a wide range of business preferable
• Candidates with infrastructure and energy expertise will be advantageous
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
