Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Main requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience developing large scale Ruby on Rails applications and experience in leading a team of developers. Talk is cheap, show us you can do it!
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS Javascript. We’re looking for a full-stack developer with good front-end skills too
- You are a coder at heart but enjoy managing and growing engineering teams too
- You can deal with lots of complexity and enjoy solving challenging problems
- General understanding of what it means to work with Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- You are a great communicator, know how to motivate others and have an enthusiastic and positive personality
Nice to have
- Experience with Heroku, Postgres, Slim, Bootstrap, jQuery
- Previous startup experience (e.g. previous position, summer internship in a startup, etc.)
- English at a full professional proficiency level
- You are available right now and based in Lisbon or willing to move here ASAP
