Senior Sales Executive – Consultancy firm – Investment Banks recruitment

SH – Consulting in the Third Space provides consultancy services to banks and financial institutions. Our clients engage with our consultants who are Subject Matter Experts and Specialists to deliver strategic and tactical initiatives for business and technology change across Operations, Front Office, Finance and Risk. 

As part of our growth strategy we are looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to join our team with specific experience of selling to the investment banking market.

You will have recent experience of working with a consultancy firm or software vendor with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding your targets. Ideally you will have sold consultancy services or professional services to investment banks as either an Account Manager or Business Development Manager.

In this role you will work closely with the Head of Consulting to:

• develop business with nominated existing accounts

• develop business with new accounts

• build relationships with clients and consultants

• present new value based propositions based on market trends

• select appropriate consultants for each assignment

• write and present proposals to clients

• work with client and consultants to ensure delivery

You will be well respected in your current role with a proven track record of success in terms of revenue generation and deliverables with a good network of contacts in the UK who will engage with you for both new and repeat business.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, commercially minded, good academic background and entrepreneurial spirit with passion and enthusiasm are key for this role. Your success will be well recognised and rewarded in terms of remuneration, excellent uncapped commission plan and career progression.
