Senior Sales Ledger Assistant

Excellent newly created job for a Senior Sales Ledger Assistant / Sales Ledger Supervisor, working for an expanding UK market leader. The business also operate globally and have an impressive list of world renowned brands as their customer base.

You will be responsible for overseeing the sales ledger functions, including invoicing, debit notes, cash collection and credit assessment. This will entail overseeing 2 staff (who deal with the ledger processing and credit control) including annual reviews, recruitment, training and disciplinary processes etc.

On a day to day basis you will be producing performance reports, ensuring invoicing deadlines are met, monitoring the accuracy of data on the ledger, inter-company recharges, cash flow reporting, banking and assisting with ad hoc duties as required.

Experience required:
Proven sales ledger / credit control experience
Existing staff management experience
Strong IT skills including Excel (pivot tables and vlook ups desirable)
