This is a new, exciting and challenging, national position with an innovative wealth management company. The sales channels are diverse spanning institutions, platforms, planner groups, individual planners and retail clients.
The company has a core focus on sales and marketing and you will develop the sales strategy, business plan and set sales targets. You will then be responsible for the management and business development of the growing sales area ensuring efficient and profitable operations
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
- Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years of BDM sales management experience at a State Manager level or above
- Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- A proven track record of sales, meeting budgets and excellent time management.
- Proven relationship management skills which maintain and enhance customer interactions.
- Managed Funds (investment schemes/unit trusts) and superannuation experience.
- Experience selling to advisors, dealer groups, and platform providers and are equally comfortable dealing with investment consultants or high net worth clients.
