Our well-established Client based in the local area is currently looking to recruit a Sales Team Leader to join their already successful team.
Within the role you will be responsible for managing, motivating and training a team of Sales Consultants.
You will be expected to coach, train and develop your Team offering support and guidance at all times. You will ensure targets are being met and exceeded and have the proven ability to lead by example.
The ideal candidate will be able to motivate others through a positive and enthusiastic attitude, providing clear direction to the team and actively participating in incentives and competitions.
You must be able to manage time effectively and lead by example on levels of attendance and punctuality and communicate clearly and effectively through briefings.

In return our Client is offering a competitive basic salary along with the opportunity to earn an OTE of around £60,000.
