Senior Scheduler Job in Washington, District Of Columbia US

* Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of directly applicable experience
* Expert-level user of Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management
* Experience supporting a large program or project environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Project
* Experience with MS Project Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Working knowledge and experience with program/project management functions including EVM, Schedule Management, Risk Management, and Acquisition Management.
* Ability to effectively interact with federal and contractor personnel.
* Ability to self-manage and work effectively under tight deadlines.
* Must Possess excellent oral and written communications skills
* Must Possess excellent interpersonal skills

URS is looking for a Senior Scheduler to join our team in Washington, D.C!

* The Senior Scheduler is responsible for schedule development, maintenance, and reporting for all activities related to a large FAA capital investment program.
* This position provides direct, one-on-one schedule support to the Program Manager and Project Managers in assessing program and project performance and providing input to earned value management reporting.
* This position also supports the program team by presenting reports and participating in strategic planning meetings that focus on the program schedule (e.g., program constraints, critical path issues, integrated master scheduling scenarios, risks, resource leveling).
