SENIOR SERVICE MANAGER – WEALTH IT recruitment
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the Wealth Management IT Run-the-Bank functions supporting Client and Markets (Front-Office) systems.
- The successful individual will form strong partnerships and work closely with the Wealth Management business stakeholders and Change-the-Bank partners.
- Will be tasked to manage multiple teams responsible but not limited to L2 support, service management, Business Continuity Planning, capacity planning, change assessments, incident and problem management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Degree holder with 12+ years of working experience
- A proven track record of running production services teams especially within a financial services organization
- Experience of implementing or improving processes
- Strong understanding of enterprise level application SDLC
- Strong technical experience preferably on distributed systems (Unix, Java, Sybase, Oracle)
- Experience of running front office systems in either Wealth Management or Investment Banking is essential
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders and senior management
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
