Immediate opening for Senior Siebel Business Analyst for own Federal implementation project.
Duration: LONG TERM

The primary responsibility of this position will be to capture process information and gather detailed requirements. This individual is required to have skills related to all aspects of business analysis, testing and training such as understanding the business processes, understanding the application solution, interacting with end-users, building training curriculum and training material, building test plans and test scripts, imparting training and conducting testing.
Essential Job Functions -
- Should have knowledge and experience in building test plans and test scripts.
- Should have knowledge and experience in building training curriculum and training material.
- Should have the aptitude to understand and relate between the business processes and the application.
- Should have knowledge and experience imparting training to end users.
- Should have knowledge and experience performing and managing test cycles.
- Should have the capability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Should have good communication skills both Oral and Written
- Functional knowledge of Siebel is highly desirable.
- Functional knowledge of Call/Contact Center operations is a must
Experience -
- 5+ yrs Siebel CRM
- 7+ years of consulting experience within the IT industry
- US Citizenship
