A Global, rapidly expanding Organisation seeks a talented Java/J2EE Lead Developer to deliver all technical activity for online businesses/organisations within the enterprise e-businesses market. As a Lead Java/J2EE Developer you will have a strong development background leading and mentoring small teams of developers(3-5 people) working with core Java technologies on web based projects/applications. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and lead teams whilst also be seen as a 'Technical Guru' amongst your fellow workers, who will come to you because they want to, not because they have to... You will be responsible for the technical delivery of all development assignments allocated to you in a timely fashion, while meeting rigorous quality targets. You will have a senior development background in Core Java/J2EE and related technologies- EJB's, Javascript, Hibernate, Tomcat, JBoss with Spring framework being essential. Communicating work undertaken to fellow project team members to demonstrate that client requirements have been met and participating in project planning sessions with team members, to analyse client requirements.
