This picturesque and diverse rural council seek a Senior Strategic Planner to fulfil a brand new appointment.
Working alongside the existing statutory team, you will perform a leading role in the development and implementation of the Council’s sustainability plans. You will use your strong statutory background as a foundation to drive strategic planning initiatives in a complex environment, as well as be a strong Council representative in the face of social planning issues.
You will have sound knowledge of the Victorian Planning System and the ability to work collaboratively both in a small team and across Government sectors. In addition, an interest or exposure to Risk Planning is advantageous.
