An exciting, newly created opportunity for a Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst is presently available within our Strategic Innovation Transformation Finance team. This team is responsible for developing and managing the commercial framework for the business model transformation across Consumer Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, developing and maintaining complex financial models and business cases, ensuring that inputs and assumptions are of high quality. You will also be expected to effectively communicate insights and recommendations from your analysis to the senior leadership team.
This is a unique and highly visible role where you will have the opportunity to work autonomously as well as have ongoing communication and interaction with key leaders across various functional areas within the overall business.
To be successful in securing this role; you will have proven experience working in a similar capacity and have the ability to design and develop complex financial models under limited supervision. You will also have superb written and oral communications skills, have the ability to work well in high pressure environments and deliver to tight deadlines with high quality.
A high degree of commercial acumen, a good understanding of strategic planning frameworks and methodologies together with excellent problem solving and analytical skills are essential to your success in this role.
Ideally you will have relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualifications and an understanding of the Australian telecommunications environment or experience within TMT (Telco, Media and Technology).
