Senior Strategy Manager- Financial Services

This leading Australian Financial Institution, who has a reputation for exceeding client expectations, is currently expanding their Strategy team. They are particularly interested to talk with top tier management consultants who have worked on engagements supporting financial services clients around segmentation, customer retention strategies, market share growth strategies and sales force effectiveness.

As a senior strategy manager you will provide specialist and expert advice to key stakeholders in the early to mid stages of project initiatives and to assist in building the pipeline of work. You will lead engagements across a range of complex and diverse business matters.

You will have finely tuned analytical skills and have the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels. You will have recent Management Consultancy experience from a top tier brand name consulting firm ( McKinsey, BCG, Bain or alike) or have a top tier consulting background and now work for a major financial institution. You will have had experience of working across a wide rage of corporate and/or Business Unit strategy projects.
You will have exceptional communication skills, be analytically gifted, naturally driven and have a proven track record of success in the strategy field. You will love solving complex business problems.

This role will suit a consultant from a large management consulting firm or strategy house that is looking to continue working on exciting project based strategies for a large corporate, where there is scope for career progression internally.
