Senior Strategy Manager – Financial Services recruitment

This leading financial institution is entering a period of growth, and requires additional talent at both Group and Business Unit level to support key strategic projects.

Due to a strong pipeline of exciting new projects, we are looking to assist our client in finding an exceptional, internal focused Strategy Senior Manager to develop strategies and give advice to key stakeholders across a number of business units. You will provide specialist and expert advice to key stakeholders in the early stage of project initiatives and assist in building future project pipeline. You will lead engagements across a range of complex and diverse business matters to include strategic planning reviews, MA, segmentation, NPI, growth initiatives and Market development.

You have extensive financial services strategy consulting experience from an external consulting environment, preferably from a tier 1 or tier 2 consultancy
You have worked on a broad range strategic projects, ideally to include Growth strategy to include MA, Product Customer Strategy, Operating Model design, SME market review, Strategic Planning, Retail Distribution Strategy, Post Merger Integrations……
As a successful strategy consultant you will be well versed in business case development with advanced problem solving abilities. You have exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to build credibility and influence, mentor and train.
With your finely tuned analytical skills - (financial analysis/modeling) and your proven success in building a pipeline of strategy project work you will make an immediate impact in this already successful team.

As a leader in this team you will coach and mentor a number of less experienced but exceptional strategy consultants.
