Senior Strategy Manager recruitment
The main responsibilities of this role is to support the bank's growth plans (organic and inorganic) focusing on synergies across the organisation and strategies that will deliver true shareholder value - projects will range from assessment of new market entry, acquisition of banks or portfolios to divestment of non-core assets. The successful candidate will also be get involved with providing an insight and analysis on the market, competitor environments, MA and other investment opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- working closely with the CEO and Management Executive Committee to originate potential organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
- provide support and management to MA related projects and ensure appropriate controls and governance exist.
- lead due-diligence excercises, building business cases, valuation and synergies and assessment of integration hurdles and ways to address them.
- provide an insight and analysis on market and competitor environments.
- leading group-wide strategic initiatives
- support the annual strategic planning process and build
- insightful models to drive real fact based decisioning at the executive level.
Skills experience required:
- Graduate in Business Management, Banking, Economics or related subject to Masters level.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field preferably within a consulting organisation or large international / regional bank.
- Fluent English; Arabic advantageous
- understanding of banking operations, products and services
- proven track record in strategy related consulting
