Senior Strategy Manager recruitment

This role will face off to the growing Transaction Banking Business, working across asset classes (Trade Supply Chain Solutions, Cash Management Payments, Card Issuing and Merchant Acquiring) supporting the Business Heads, Sales Product teams in developing a customer led propositions.

The Senior Strategy Manager will take responsibility for developing a wide-ranging customer and market insight strategy, instructing and directing large scale and high-profile customer market research projects, ensuring business leaders are fully equipped with the latest and most up to date market information to support business decisions, leading and building a team capable of delivering to this highly demanding and growing/evolving market segment.

Successful candidates will need to have an excellent academic track-record (ideally MBA trained from a top management school) with experience of Transaction Banking products. Candidates will either come from a Banking background where they’ve had experience of working within a similar team, or from a consulting background where they’ve had experience of developing strategic projects across a Corporate or Transaction Banking Business. Outstanding communication, presentation and inter-personal skills are essential.

This is an extremely high profile and key role within the bank as the business looks to lead from a Corporate Institutional Banking perspective where the Transaction Banking business is a key driver of the business.
