Senior Support Lead – Director recruitment
Group Technology (IT) provides efficient group-wide IT services and tools in line with the needs of the business divisions. Legal, Compliance and Records Management GSD (GSD = Global Service Delivery) is responsible for the maintenance and support of all Legal and Compliance / Records Management applications globally, and is the primary interface between the IT Delivery teams, the user base and the various internal infrastructure and service organizations within UBS. The team strives to ensure consistent delivery of standard and efficient service, while providing a framework for continuous process improvements and application flexibility. Key functions include Incident- and Problem Management, Release- and Infrastructure Management. This organisation is highly outsourced and utilises managed service deals for both L1 and L2 support with a multiple vendors for each area. Legal, Compliance and Records Management GSD is a 24/7 operation that requires a highly efficient and proceduralised set-up to succeed in a challenging and cost aware environment.
The APAC GSD Lead will be located in Singapore and work closely with the US based overall Service Manager and report into the Global Head of Legal and Compliance GSD. There are no UBS direct reports to manage but she will share Line Management responsibility for the mentioned outsourced support teams that are mainly located in Singapore.

Requirements:
The candidate will need to have strong communication and matrix management skills, facing off to other GSD IT groups, IT developers and the Banks’ IT Production teams, which supports our Infrastructure. These skills will assist the candidate in ensuring we provide the best service for our applications.

Essential requirements:
- 12 - 15 years experience of production services management.
- Experience working in a time critical environment
- Team Management
- Multi-tasking ability
- Expert experience in a support role in a large organisation.
