Senior Systems Engineer, Healthcare, Singapore recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive support and solutions to customers under the group business and ensure that service provided meets or exceeds the established Service Level Agreements and quality standards
Responsible for end user support on desktop, applications, network and infrastructure
Liaising with IT vendors as required for issue resolution and/or project execution
Improving IT support processes
Help define and establish SLAs with the business
Plan, recommend and execute IT improvements to aid productivity

In order to be successful at this role, you must have experience in most of the following:

Recognized Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Diploma holder with Systems Administration/System Engineer Certification will be considered
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Server and Network administration with strong/broad technical skills in network and applications
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN and WAN infrastructures; knowledge of security infrastructure components, including experience in implementation and management and a successful track record of managing infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS,DHCP and Terminal Services
Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server suite of products, including administration, architecture, design and implementation
Experience in Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) administration will be added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across multiple levels within the organization
Team player who is resourceful and emphasize great attention to details
Require to travel between various business units during course of work
