Job Description Due to our continued growth we are seeking a senior recruiter to join our Brisbane office. You will work within our internal recruitment team to deliver the recruitment function across our business. It's a great team environment and this role would be ideal for a recruiter looking to step up into a more strategic/influencing role. The role will initially focus specifically on recruiting for our Mining Group, where they are experiencing significant growth. A lot of the vacant positions are senior roles and previous experience in recruiting for such positions is highly preferred. Key responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across assigned business groups, work closely with hiring managers and the HR team throughout the selection process - Manage all aspects of the recruitment process to ensure high quality candidates are appointed who match the AECOM competencies, values and support AECOM strategic business plan - Work closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and then execute those strategies, utilising all tools and channels available - Providing the highest level of candidate care - Maintain accurate and up to date information in AECOM Global Recruitment System (AGRS) - Identifies opportunities to build the AECOM employment brand - Proactively build and manages a talent pool of potential candidates using all channels available including AECOM careers, internal candidates, advertising, database mining, direct approach etc About You To be successful in this role you will be a highly energised individual who is passionate about recruitment and very success driven. Ideally you will possess: - A great sense of humour - Extensive internal or agency recruitment experience - Strong relationship management, influencing and communication skills - Client service skills to develop working relationships in all situations - Ability to take ownership of the recruitment process and manage it successfully - Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment - Experience in a technical recruitment role, ideally in the mining industry
