Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist recruitment
A market leading construction service provider is urgently looking to hire an experienced Senior Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team based in Dubai. They are a huge multinational organisation employing around 50,000 staff across several continents many. They are experiencing rapid expansion and are looking only for the best talent to join their world class organisation.
Your duties will include:
- You will be involved in the full 360 cycle from initial sourcing of candidates through to offering and placing them.
- You will be recruiting for roles typically based in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Lebanon.
- You will be happy to manage a small team of two and pro actively think of original and forward thinking ways to develop them.
- You will be travelling once a week to Abu Dhabi and monthly to the GCC region.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid background in recruitment (agency or in house experience will be considered) in the UAE and GCC as well as experience recruiting for the construction or engineering industries.
Our client has requested western educated candidates only for this role and an excellent communicator is essential. You should also be highly ambitious, positive and energetic. Applicants should be degree educated and have a minimum of five years experience, with at least two years in the GCC.
