The firm works on some of the most exciting, innovative, and performance intensive trading technology and analytics being produced today. Their clients include both buy side and sell side global firms active in equities, options, futures and F/X. Thus the firm has an extremely competitive opportunity for a strong senior level technologist specializing in GUI development to make a strong contribution and lead an exceptional team with an excellent reputation. The firm has a strong and growing investment and focus on technology and a highly regarded emphasis on culture and are looking to bring on the strongest technologists for their up and coming Greenfield projects. Ideally, the software engineer should be capable of not only developing new functionality, but also debugging, diagnosing and addressing problems in mission critical production systems. The firm in the process of building a state-of-the-art presentation layer technology platform and are looking to expand the team engaged in this effort. The successful candidate will get an opportunity to work with a high-quality team and will devote time both to RD and development. The position is a team-lead opportunity for a candidate who has strong technical ability yet the expertise to develop and lead a team forwards.
Skills Required for Senior (Team Lead) Windows GUI Developer:
• C#/VC++ Programming ability
- Minimum of 5 years experience developing multi-threaded MFC/.NET based GUI development
- Recent experience with WPF GUI development
- Team-lead experience a plus
- Candidates with prior experience in developing trading systems, though not necessary, will be at an advantage. All successful candidates will be required to acquire in-depth understanding of global equities, options, futures and F/X markets quickly.

• Leading and Designing the development of GUI application frameworks
• Working with the most Cutting Edge Technologies
• Work within a focused team of experienced software developers
• Working on exciting new Greenfield projects
• Liaise with other developers regarding current and upcoming projects in an open and collaborative working environment
• Working on a diverse/broad range of projects
This position requires candidates with exceptional technical, analytical, and communication skills and provides ample opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate must be interested in working on cutting-edge technologies and do well in a collaborative environment. Bachelors/Masters degree in scientific major is preferred.
