Senior Test Lead
We need an experienced test manager/team leader to provide a testing service to our Domain ITs. We are looking for someone reliable who will work with our testing partners to carry out accurate software tests for internal clients.
The opportunity
Besides delivering high-quality software solutions and quality assurance services to Domain ITs, you will work with our testing partners to perform software tests for internal clients. This will mean managing and coordinating resources and being responsible for test strategy, planning, engineering, reporting and team capacity planning.
Other responsibilities include validating testability, identifying risks and issues for projects and increasing customer satisfaction through the continuous improvement of test processes. You will also use the relevant metrics to report test phase progress and ensure defect management, tracking, prioritisation and resolution.
About you
You have at least three years' test management/ team leading experience, including hands-on testing in a complex environment. Your experience covers working with external partners and developing test strategies, plans and cases to suit customer needs and applying these to test events.
You are ISTQB-certified to foundation level. Advanced-level test manager qualification would be an advantage, as would track record in reinsurance.
You have strong people and communication skills and you're comfortable sustaining partnerships with stakeholders. Your English is excellent and another language is a plus.
