Senior Test Manager – VP Level recruitment
A leading, global investment bank is looking to bring on board an experienced Senior Test Manager with a strong track record of managing teams in both Automated and Manual testing environments.
You will be responsible for the daily management of a medium sized testing team focused on delivering testing functionality to Securities, Derivatives and Risk Management business users. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to face off directly to global business users at all levels of seniority and run both BAU and Project activities.
Those applying must have a minimum 12+ years within the software engineering/ testing disciplines and demonstrate a thorough understating of the full testing lifecycle – from test strategy development through to test case/ script writing/ execution. This should cover a variety of testing types including functional, performance testing, regression testing, stress testing etc. This must be coupled with at least 8 years experience working within a management capacity with full responsibility for team recruitment/ training, project scope, budgets, quality control and risks.
