Senior Trade Finance Documentation Advisor – SINGAPORE recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Provide solutions to customer and assist in resolving issues which customer face
• Control and generate all Trade Finance Documentation
• Up selling of Trade Finance solutions within existing client relationships
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customer to ensure timely response to all queries
• Liaise between processing back office and external customers
Skills / experience:
• Strong technical knowledge in Trade Finance products
• An expert in Trade Finance Documentation
• Able to handle all enquiries relating to Trade Finance singly, without referral
• Confident in handling client facing responsibilities
• Proficient in computer systems handling so that he can utilise system to extract all information needed without further referral
• Familiar with Commodities products and their Trade flows
Ideally you will have come from a Trade Operations background and be an expert within documentation issues and be a strong communicator and comfortable with high level client interaction.
