Responsibilities
Your role is to develop structured learning plan on communication and marketing. You will work closely with stake holders to source for training programs as well as to build in-house programs. You must ensure that vendors meet the training requirements and provide supports to the events for target groups of financial consultants
Requirements
You should be a Degree holder with experience on conducting stand-up training and has been in insurance or financial services industry for 3 years. Project management and emcee experience will be advantageous.
