Senior Transitions Analyst
Our client is one of the country's leading Fund Managers with investments across all major asset classes and geographical locations. This pivotal role will see you developing the transition plans for new key projects, managing the asset transitions process including, in-specie transfers, fund restructures, client onboarding and client exits, and coordination of key service providers, internal and external stakeholders.
Based in Sydney, the main responsibilities will be the;
*Planning, co-ordination and implementation of asset transitions and transition plans
*Participation in, and contribution to a broader project team working closely with all relevant stakeholder groups.
*Design and documentation of transition details and timeframes;
*Managing the implementation of asset transitions, and
*Post implementation review of transition;
To be considered for the role, you'll be based in Sydney, have at least 5+ years of transitions experience in asset management industry, possess an excellent understanding of the transitions process and implications for unitholders, and have demonstrable experience in project managing complex tasks.
Naturally you'll have strong academic background pedigree, with the relevant business qualifications, highly developed communication skills (written/verbal), and an excellent understanding of equities, fixed income and derivative markets.
