Senior Transitions Manager
Prestigious asset management house seeks high calibre individual with significant experience of working in an institutional client and on-boarding role within an asset management environment, to work on the establishment of a framework to ensure delivery of best in class Client Operations and Client Transitions.
Key responsibilities will be to provide a superior level of client service to ensure the efficient take-on of client activity and client change events (e.g. restructuring, custodian changes) by successfully taking ownership of the full transition project lifecycle.
Applicants will demonstrate a good knowledge of the fund management industry, to include significant operations and project management experience and a strong client focus.
Excellent client and communication skills are essential to ensure a full understanding of each client’s requirements when on-boarding new business.
Strong organisational and time management skills together with the ability to prioritise in a high volume, pressurised environment are prerequisite as the successful incumbent will be project managing a number of on-boarding activities/change events at varying stages of the process.
The role will involve working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (client, third party vendors/suppliers, etc.) and as such strong written and oral communication skills are essential together with an organised and structured approach. Exposure to a range of asset classes, European fund ranges and client types would be highly desirable
